Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goal
The East Alabama Regional Planning and Development Commission (EARPDC) transit program, Areawide Community Transportation System (ACTS) has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal in accordance with DBE regulations and the Federal Transit Administration. The proposed DBE goal is .28%. The goal applies to EARPDC’s contracts with federal transit funding and through federal fiscal years 2023-2024-2025.

The ACTS of EARPDC welcomes your comments and suggestions that may revise our proposed DBE goal. EARPDC will accept verbal and/or written comments on the proposed DBE goal through September 16, 2022.
