The East Alabama Regional Planning and Development Commission (EARPDC) is accepting applications for the FY 2027 Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program. This federal program, administered by the Federal Transit Administration, supports transportation services that improve mobility for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations, local governments, and other entities that provide transportation or mobility-related services.

East Alabama Submission Instructions
Applicants located within the East Alabama region must submit their completed applications to EARPDC for review and endorsement by:
5:00 PM on June 15, 2026

EARPDC will review all submissions and coordinate required endorsements prior to forwarding to ALDOT.
State Submission Deadline
Endorsed applications must be submitted electronically to ALDOT by the appropriate Regional Manager no later than:
5:00 PM on June 22, 2026
Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted.
Additional Information
A reference map identifying ALDOT Regional Manager assignments by county is included in the application materials.
